    The technical issue you may have experienced on CareDocs Cloud Portal has now been resolved.

    Normal service has now resumed and you should have full and stable access to CareDocs Cloud Portal. We don't anticipate any more disruptions to our service and will continue to investigate into the cause of the issue.

    Unfortunately our CareDocs Cloud Portal is still experiencing technical issues when accessing the portal.

    We are working closely with Microsoft to investigate the issue and identify its cause. Please rest assured that despite the access issues, there is no information security concerns. The issue is purely an access performance issue that we hope to resolve as soon as possible.

    You can still access CareDocs Desktop to log and update all care related information.

    We understand any frustration and disruption to service this outage may be causing, and we are working hard to find a solution. As always we will keep you updated on its progress as and when we know more.

    We're actively working to resolve this issue but in the meantime you may experience a connection issue error when attempting to log into CareDocs Cloud Portal. 

    Please note this error is not currently affecting CareDocs Desktop.
