Unfortunately our CareDocs Cloud Portal is still experiencing technical issues when accessing the portal.
We are working closely with Microsoft to investigate the issue and identify its cause. Please rest assured that despite the access issues, there is no information security concerns. The issue is purely an access performance issue that we hope to resolve as soon as possible.
You can still access CareDocs Desktop to log and update all care related information.
We understand any frustration and disruption to service this outage may be causing, and we are working hard to find a solution. As always we will keep you updated on its progress as and when we know more.
